Yes. After you rent a unit online, your gate and unit access information will immediately be sent to you so that you can move in at any time without waiting. We also include a high-security combination lock with your unit for free so that you can skip the trip to the hardware store.
Shock Storage offers drive-up self storage units and outdoor parking for vehicles, trailers, boats, and RVs. Unlike traditional self storage facilities, we provide each tenant with their own individual storage unit for extra peace of mind.
Each storage unit is its own mini building that is sealed from the elements with no shared walls. Compared to traditional self storage units, these individual units offer better protection from bad weather, dust, insects, and rodents. Each storage unit is also raised 5 inches off the ground for extra flood protection and comes equipped with an insulated ceiling and 4 ventilation vents.
Yes. You can drive directly to your self storage unit for convenient loading and unloading.
Our facility features controlled gate access that is restricted to tenants only, 8 ft tall perimeter fencing with barbed wire, lighting, and high-definition video surveillance. All access in and out of the facility is monitored and recorded 24/7.
No. All of our self storage units come with a high-security combination lock already included for your convenience. You are welcome to also use your own lock.
The facility is open 24/7 for tenants to access their unit.
Rent can be paid through your online account using either a credit card or debit card.
Property stored at the facility is not insured by Shock Storage. Tenants may be required to maintain insurance or enroll in an available tenant protection plan.
Contact Shock Storage or follow the move-out instructions in your online account. Remove all belongings and trash, leave the unit unlocked and broom-clean, and notify us when the unit is vacant.
